The liquid nitrogen pump is one of the most widely used pieces of equipment in air separation units, cryogenic testing, and liquid nitrogen storage and transport systems. It is responsible for the boosting, transfer, and filling of liquid nitrogen for various industrial applications. Our pumps are available in both centrifugal and reciprocating configurations to meet the demands of any operation, from high-volume, low-pressure transfer to high-pressure filling and gas supply.

For applications requiring large, continuous flows, our centrifugal liquid nitrogen pump delivers flow rates from 0.5 m³/h up to 2,500 m³/h with heads up to 2,600 meters. Where high pressure is required, our reciprocating pump handles flows from 0.4 m³/h and generates discharge pressures from 25 MPa to 100 MPa. This flexibility allows you to select the optimal pump technology for your specific process.

All pumps are built with wetted parts crafted from stainless steel, copper alloys, and forged aluminum, materials chosen and verified for their mechanical strength and corrosion resistance at -196°C. The precision-machined components, combined with cryogenically validated bearings and wear rings, ensure long-term reliability and resistance to cavitation, which is critical for maintaining pump efficiency.

Notably, we use liquid nitrogen as the actual test medium to provide you with complete, verified cryogenic performance curves and test reports, ensuring the pump meets its specified duty point.

Our Hangzhou facility spans 20,000 square meters and includes advanced CNC machining centers, clean assembly lines, and multiple cryogenic test stands, supporting an annual capacity of over 1,000 units. For custom orders, the lead time from technical approval to delivery is typically 32 weeks. After delivery, we provide installation guidance, spare parts support, and operator training, with assistance for classification society certifications available upon request.
