Cryogenic Centrifugal Pump
Designed for the Toughest Low-Temperature Transfer Jobs
The cryogenic centrifugal pump is a vertical, multistage unit built specifically for moving liquefied gases like LNG, liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, ethylene, and LPG. These fluids sit at temperatures as low as -196°C, and the pump handles them reliably across a wide flow range-from 0.5 m³/h up to 2,500 m³/h-with heads reaching 2,600 meters. Whether it's an air separation plant, an LNG receiving terminal, a filling station, or a petrochemical facility, this pump delivers the pressure and volume needed to keep operations moving.

Built to Perform in Extreme Cold
Every component that comes into contact with the process fluid is made from cryogenic-resistant materials-stainless steel, copper alloys, and forged aluminum alloys-selected for their mechanical strength and cavitation resistance at low temperatures. The vertical Cylindrical shape multistage design uses precision-machined impellers and diffusers, with stages configured to match the required head. For LNG and other flammable services, the pump can be supplied in a seal-less submersible configuration, where the motor runs fully immersed in the cryogenic liquid-eliminating the risk of shaft seal leakage entirely.
Tested Before It Ships
Unlike many manufacturers who rely solely on calculations, the company operates one of the few in-house cryogenic test platforms in China capable of running actual liquid nitrogen performance tests. Every pump undergoes 100% performance verification before leaving the factory, with flow, head, NPSH, and vibration data recorded. Third-party witness testing is available upon request, and each unit ships with a complete test report.

Backed by Real Manufacturing Capability
The production facility spans 20,000 square meters in Hangzhou's Fuyang district, equipped with CNC precision machining centers and clean assembly stations. With an annual capacity exceeding 1,000 units and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications in place, the company has the systems and scale to deliver consistently. The engineering team has led more than 30 national-level research and engineering projects and holds multiple patents in cryogenic pump technology.

Custom Engineering and On-Time Delivery
Selection starts with a thorough review of your operating conditions-medium composition, temperature, flow, inlet and outlet pressure, and installation constraints. For custom-built pumps, the typical lead time from technical approval to delivery is 32 weeks. After shipment, support includes on-site installation guidance, spare parts supply, and troubleshooting assistance as specified in the contract. Export packaging uses dedicated wooden crates with moisture and shock protection, and the company can assist with classification society certification where required.
