The methanol transfer pump is specialized fluid-handling equipment designed for methanol loading/unloading, transfer, and pressurized transport. It is widely used in marine methanol fuel supply systems, methanol chemical processing plants, and methanol storage and transportation facilities. Manufactured by Hangzhou Tubo Energy Technology Co., Ltd., these pumps primarily feature a magnetically driven centrifugal design; power is transmitted contactlessly via a permanent magnet coupling, completely eliminating the risk of shaft seal leakage-making them ideal for the zero-leakage transport requirements of toxic and flammable media like methanol. Wetted parts are constructed from methanol-resistant stainless steel, combined with bearings and sealing structures verified for media compatibility, ensuring corrosion resistance and reliability during long-term operation in methanol service.

The product range covers flow rates from 0.5 to 2,500 m³/h and discharge heads up to 2,600 meters, meeting the needs of various scenarios such as methanol tanker unloading, storage tank transfer, process unit feed, and marine bunkering. For specialized applications like marine methanol fuel supply systems, the pump units can be equipped with variable-frequency motors for flow rate adjustment, ensuring precise fluid delivery across varying load conditions. Each unit undergoes 100% performance testing before leaving the factory; third-party inspections or witnessed tests can be provided upon request, accompanied by comprehensive test reports and certificates of conformity.
