The high pressure reciprocating pump is a positive displacement pump designed for the most demanding applications that require ultra-high pressures. It is the ideal solution for boosting cryogenic liquids like LNG, liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and liquid argon to pressures up to 100 MPa. This makes it essential for applications such as high-pressure vaporizer feed, supercritical fluid transfer, and high-pressure gas filling stations.

The pump uses a horizontal plunger design driven by a crank-connecting rod mechanism. This action draws cryogenic liquid into the cylinder through the inlet valve and forces it out at high pressure through the outlet valve. The plungers and valve assemblies are made from high-strength, wear-resistant alloys, and a specialized low-temperature sealing system maintains performance under high-frequency, high-pressure cycling.

The high pressure reciprocating pump offers a typical flow range of 0.4 to 200 m³/h, with discharge pressures configurable from 25 MPa to 100 MPa. By altering the plunger diameter and stroke length, we can calibrate the pump to your exact duty point. The inlet flow path is specifically designed to suppress cavitation with cryogenic fluids, ensuring reliable operation. Each pump is tested on our in-house cryogenic test bench, and we provide comprehensive performance curves and pressure data.
