The liquid ammonia filling pump is a magnetic-drive centrifugal pump designed for ammonia fuel bunkering and transfer operations. It serves ammonia fuel supply stations, ammonia-powered vessel fuel receiving systems, and liquid ammonia trailer filling facilities. As a key piece of equipment in the ammonia fuel supply chain, the pump is designed for safe, reliable, zero-leakage operation when handling toxic and flammable liquid ammonia.

The pump uses a permanent magnetic coupling to transmit torque from the motor to the impeller without a physical shaft penetration, eliminating the dynamic seal that would otherwise be a potential leak path. This is essential for ammonia service where even small leaks present significant safety and environmental risks. All wetted components are manufactured from corrosion-resistant stainless steel or alloy materials specifically selected for ammonia compatibility, and the bearings and sealing components are validated for ammonia service.

Flow rates range from 0.5 m³/h up to 2,500 m³/h, with heads up to 2,600 meters. The pump can be supplied with a variable frequency drive for precise flow control, matching the bunkering rate requirements of different vessels. The compact design is suitable for installation at bunkering stations and other space-constrained facilities.
