The high pressure ammonia pump is a reciprocating plunger or high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump designed for moving liquid ammonia at elevated pressures. It serves synthesis plant high-pressure feed systems, urea production, high-pressure marine ammonia fuel supply, chemical reactor feeding, and other applications requiring high-pressure liquid ammonia transfer with rigorous safety and reliability standards.

All wetted components-plungers, valve assemblies, cylinder liners-are manufactured from high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloy materials specifically selected for ammonia compatibility. The high-pressure sealing components are validated for ammonia service and designed to maintain long-term reliability under cyclic pressure loading. The magnetic-drive centrifugal configuration provides a completely seal-less, zero-leakage solution where maximum containment is required.

Centrifugal versions cover flow rates from 0.5 m³/h up to 2,500 m³/h with heads up to 2,600 meters. Reciprocating versions handle flows from 0.4 m³/h upward and deliver pressures from 25 MPa to 100 MPa. This range covers requirements from long-distance pipeline transfer and high-pressure reactor feed to high-pressure marine ammonia fuel supply.

The magnetic-drive centrifugal configuration is particularly well-suited for ammonia service, eliminating shaft seal leakage risk entirely. The pump has received CCS type approval for marine applications. Each pump undergoes 100% performance testing before shipment, and third-party inspection can be arranged.
